Her practice is devoted to representing clients around the world in a broad range of U.S. immigration matters, with a particular emphasis on employment-based immigration.
Ms. Bowerman's clients have included Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, professional sports teams, a world-renowned circus arts entertainment company, oil and gas companies, colleges and universities, K-12 schools, IT companies, financial firms, television networks, hospitals, engineering firms, religious organizations, and marine companies, among many others.
She also regularly represents clients in matters such as family-based permanent residence and U.S. citizenship.
Ms. Bowerman has given presentations nationally and internationally on a variety of topics relating to U.S. immigration laws and has written on legal topics ranging from asylum to the intersection of immigration law and other areas of law such as international law, tax law, maritime law, and others. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, and the New Orleans Bar Association.
She earned her J.D. in 1999 from Tulane Law School and her B.A. from Grand Valley State University in 1995.
